Whether DIR-11 is to be filed when an Additional director, ceases to be the Director and who sought not to be confirmed as a Director at Annual General Meeting?????

No need ,because it is a 'vacation of office' by virtue of law and not a 'resignation' as contemplated in section 168(1) of the Co's Act,2013.
