07 October 2015 Can someone please tell the definition of Resident, Not Ordinary Resident and Non Resident as per the Income tax Act. Also tell which incomes are taxable for the above.

Resident but Not ordinary resident: Only Indian income taxable.
Non resident: only Indian income taxable.
