05 October 2012 Hello i am chartered accountant qualified in Nov.2009..after qualifying i associated with a small firm and worked there for learning perspective and truly my purpose has been solved there i learned a lot there in 1 year...bt that was too small firm and i was working just for 13K....i had a dream to join industry bt there was no job for freshers in industry... Thereafter i got selected in a company and i joined there with a thought that i must join here it is a industry and experience would be considered hereinafter. Now 1.5yrs have been elapsed bt no value addition here it is office below lala type category the owner is not interested in do the work he comes office just for entertainment....for eg. i told him Bal.sheet has not been prepared as per Revised schedule vi then he told doesnt matter....i told him purchase fig.is not correct in sales tax return he told me that there is no need of purchase fig.in sales tax return... I gave above example just to familiar about the situation that what kind of co.it is.... Now what should i do......plz help me...i had tried a lot to get new job bt result is zero...

07 October 2012 Don't be upset...If that work is so boring, leave it in some time..you can go for your own practise as well, as you do have industry exp..If you are keen in getting job then you should contact various job consultants, respond to advertisements offering job in news paper, look for govt. jobs online/ offline, place your resume on various job portal sites...Till the time you dont have anything I would suggest continue your job..On the other side do this as well and as soon as you get good opportunity somewhere else leave your present job...Just be confident rest it's all yours...

08 October 2012 Thanks for the reply......but the problem is i just dont know how to switch over becoz if i get the call from 4-5 places then it is not possible to go every place i mean it is hard to arrange a n half or full day leave every time.....and one and a half year has been elapsed with a thought of switch over
and as i have mentioned working scenerio u can better understand what kind of exp.i do have from industry...

08 October 2012 If this is the case then you must take immediate action. First of all decide what you want to do and then give a good push..Seeing your current position its better to leave such industry and go for another one..You can also join CA firms..there are jobs available with firms..

08 October 2012 Yes me too of the same opinion i am planning to leave this job after diwali....as openings would be there after Diwali as per my view and i would leave this job with a positive hope that definitely a good opportunity would be mine....very soon.......
