20 April 2014 How to show rent recd from shop given on rent to bank for ATM? Under head income from house property?

21 April 2014 yes. it is to be shown under Income from house property.

21 April 2014 Yes. When any property is let-out, Rent received will be treated as Income from House Property.(Building, House, Shop, Godown etc)
