what will the treatment of rent free accommodation for govt bank employee.
is license fee will applicable to them if yes from where we can get this fee.

Bank employees are not treated as Government employees. Licence fee concept will not be applicable in their case. . You can get Licence fee from the notifications of Directorate of Estates.
