20 September 2014 sir, what is the provision for directors remunerstion in a private limited company as per companies act 2013

20 September 2014 Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 prescribed the maximum
ceiling for payment of managerial remuneration which applicable to public company and not to private company

Strict provisions of CA 2013 related to remuneration of directors are not applicable to a private company.
