16 June 2015 a person is director in different companies and collecting remuneration from all
is there any limitation or attracts any other liability?

23 June 2015 It is not clear whether those different companies are public or private and the director is executive / non-executive / independent etc.

However, comply with the provisions of section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Schedule V to the Companies Act, 2013.
