Is arrears of salary received by husband on death of his wife taxable alongwith his pension and arrears received at same time?

whether the relief u/s 89 can be availed on arrears of wife salary?

28 July 2015 Salary arrears of wife need not be clubbed with husband's pension.
File separate return as legal heir in the name of wife and claim 89(1) relief.
