one of my client can get benefit of arrears of ay 2011-12 nd 2012-13 but she didn't file ITR of those years.
can she claim such benefit?
if yes, how? because while filing form 10E both years was not showing.

Time for filing ITR for A 2011-12 & 2012-13 are well over.
Your client may contact the AO and explain about the genuine reasons for not filing the returns during those years
