Relating to etds procedure (Income Tax)

Hello friends.I am working in a manufacturing concern as a Senior Executive. I recently Joined. Before me someone has created a/c in NSDL site for e- tds purpose. At the Time of leaving he lost the User Id and Password for site. Any how i am able to get that User Id but Fails to get the Password. Through the User ID and TAN no i applied for the password. I got one message that I will get the Password through the mail within 24 hour. So main problem is the mail id which was given by the previous employee at the time of registration had been deactivated. It took some time for me to activate that mail id.when it activated by that time 24 hours already over.and also i didnt receive any mail.I tried again to extract the password.but it is showing that u have already authorized. I tried their Customer care no and sent mail to their mail id. but i am not getting any ans...If you have any idea abt the procedure how to extract the password kindly reply me ....its urgent
