Respected, I Puran Chand, have completed my degree (B.Com) session Nov-2011 to Nov-2014 from sikkim manipal university distance mode, now i applied for m.com from ignou, they reject my degree reason as OFFCAMPUS, Now, I am very thankful to that who give me right and reasonable (with some evidence) solution to get the admission, Note: already contacted to SMU-DE.
