i qualified my ca in nov,2011 attempt.now i m engaged in ca firm as a paid assistant.i m not having cop.
my employer asked me abt the fulfillment of regulatory provision of my engagement in his firm.
plz help me whether there is any type of provisin to be fulfilled by me or any member when they are engaged in employment. plz also tell me any penality of its non fulfilment or late fulfillment.
