Regularisation of an additional director by form 12

29 July 2015 Hi,I wanted to know what are the attachments required in DIR 12 for regularisation of an Additional director?
In the BM company has passed a resolution for making him a permanent director from additional director.

29 July 2015 Attachments:

1. Certified true copy of AGM resolution
2. Copy of AGM Notice.

I think above 2 attachments would be enough.

one last query
Is it necessary to attach a letter from any of the other directors stating that we have made him director from additional director or letter from additional director confirming that he has been made permanent?
