I have income from insurance commission which is eligible for tax refund. Few days ago I heard about CBDT extending return filing date. So I wants to ask that if I file my return now, should it be filed as regular return or late return and the section that should be used. Thanks in advance.

You can file belated return u/s139(4) upto 31/03/2016 as due date in your case is 31/07/2014 for AY 2014-15. Due date for assessee having tax audit case has been extended only and not to any other type of assesse
