Dear Sir I Operate a GOSALA from past 5 year, and now i want to get registration under section 12A and 80G of income tax act. I want to know that can i file application himself or need a chartered accountant. My point is that Chartered Accountants need is mandatory or optional. Thanks

Ofcourse Optional. You can go ahead and file the application in form 10 A. But being a CA, I would advise unless you are sure of all the provisions and procedures, please get the work done by some expert.
