21 September 2014 Sir,,, my friend wants to form a new private company. please tell me what will be the fees a practising CA would charge for registering a new company.

22 September 2014 Fees depends on professional to professional. As per my opinion for incorporation of a company professional must be around 25000 based on the size of professional.

If you hire a small professional firm they may get it done in less fees.
