17 September 2014 i had registered for articleship from ahmedabad and cpt and ipcc registration from rajasthan, so now from where i can register for final.

18 September 2014 you can register anywhere you wish to. If you are in Ahmedabad now, then submit there. ICAI doesn't put any restriction on the basis of earlier registrations.
