register under GST or sales tax

24 May 2017 we have Incorporated a company , whether I have to register in sales tax and migrate into GST or can we directly register with GST ?

24 May 2017 presently, you can not register under GST. you have to take sales tax then migrate into gst

13 October 2021 Just wait for a month or so. GST starting From 1st July, 2017...
