30 December 2017 Can an assessee apply for the re-registration under GST after surrender of the same,is it possible?
One of my client has surrendered his GST registration number but now he want to reapply for the registration ,is it possible?

30 December 2017 Yes... He can.
But, the surrender is approved then no more restrictions. If under process then wait on further notifications.
