Regarding whole-time director

In a Private limited company, there are four directors which are whole time director is it possible? that all director are appoint whole time directors or not?

Yes, it is very much possible that you can appoint all director as WTD.

The provision of section 269 is not applicable to private limited company, so such company is free to appoint number of WTD .
