I heard from my friends that new rule has come and acc to it a article can take one transfer in his/her articleship period. Can you throw some light on it. Thanks

The transfers are still in the dark, so there is no light that can be thrown. If any new rule will come it will be oosted on ICAI website, so you may view the same regularly.
