If turnover is below Rs. 1 crore then whether TDS will be deducted or not even if the payment exceeds the limit prescribed under the relevant section of the Act.

if you are individual then in year first time you are liable to get audit report u/s 44AB of income tax act . then in next year you have to deduct the TDS on eligible payment.
