22 March 2016 one of my client providing service of brikes supply but all transportation like trucks etc was hiring. ..he only provides matarial of briks n sant so my questions is he is lible to under service tax category. ..??????? which services. ..his serive is carting....

22 March 2016 Such freight is not subject to service tax. Only freight charged by GTA is subject to service tax.
