24 August 2013 I gave donation to the trust,which was registered by last six months.can avail deduction under sec80g

24 August 2013 if the trust which receives your donation is registered under 80G under income tax act,,yes, you can get 80G deduction on basis of 80G donation receipt received from trust

and the same will be claimed in income tax return

24 August 2013 Dear allowability of Deduction u/s 80G depends upon whether trust has sactioned 80G or Not. It is written on the reeipt of donation.

And if trust is registered in last six month only,,then it might have not reg. under 80G..
