06 June 2016 I want to know I am earning income on commission basis from different segment like MF Commission,IPO Commission,
Life & Gen.Insurance Commission gross commission goes up to Rs.2500,000 and more so what is rule for service tax and who pay service tax ?? commission Receiver or Payer.

06 June 2016 Only for insurance commission the service receiver is liable. You are liable for service tax on other commission.
