I have a doubt regarding issue of excisable bill.

We are Registered under excise so whether we can issue excisable bill at the time of sale.

23 May 2013 EXCISE INVOICE IS ISSUED BY A MANUFACTURER AT THE TIME OF REMOVE THEIR FINISHED GOODS FROM FACTORY GATE. WHETHER GOODS MAY BE SENT TO BUYER DIRECTLY OR MAY BE SENT TO THEIR BRANCH OR SALE DEPOT.
