if a assesse becomes senior citizen on November 2013...then will the person b eligible for senior citizens criteria for f.y. 2013-14..

If assessee becomes sr. citizen any time during the financial year (even on 31st march), he will be eligible for benefits of sr. citizen from that fin. yr.
