Reg. online efilling of tax audit report

Please guide me regarding efilling of Tax Audit Report on IT web portal:

1. Whether Annx. to B/S, P&L also need to be upload?

2. In 3CD report, in case of assessee have numerous time of transaction with related party need to be disclosed separately?

26 August 2013 1)Yes, balancesheet and p&L along with annexurees required to be uploaded

2)obtain list of all related parties and types of transactions with them and disclose accordingly

like,,, total purchases transactions with ganeshbabu is rs.1crore

i recommend you to refer with revised guidence note on tax audit 2013 released by icai for guidence on reporting in form 3cd
