06 March 2013 i am civil work contractor. i want reg. under service tax ......is their any limitation of turnover to get reg....filling of return.

Please provide me all details for my future reference.

07 March 2013 If one has less than 10 lakhs of taxable services in the pr yr and not likely to cross 10L in this year, no need to get registration/
