19 April 2012 Can anyone provide me a format of letter how to address with income tax department for duplicate refund of income tax voucher if i have lost the same while on going deposit into bank.

20 April 2012 You need to give Indemnity bond indemnifying the president of India for any loss that might occur due to LOSS of refund voucher.
