my uncle are doing a training of post graduate in hospital earlier we had filed a return itr 4 also make a balancesheet and demanded refund of 32000
now 2015-16 again tds deduct is 58000 now can we claim refund of 50000 is reasonable or not
should I make balancesheet mandatory without balance sheet we can claim 50000
he is salaried person

First of all decide whether the person is salaried or not. In for refund of Rs 50000, you would saying that salary paid is less than Rs 300000. Is this the case? Is he receiving Form 16? if not, then he is a professional covered under section 44AA. So file ITR-4 with balancesheet and Profit & Loss account
