Refund of tds on pf in case of nri

in case a non resident want to withdraw the amount from pf account and in case tds is deducted then what will be the procedure to claim refund of tds. will it be same as to filing of itr for that year with status of non resident?

Yes file ITR as non resident and claim refund if eligible.
