Refund of service tax paid on rent , telephone bills and ele

27 November 2015 Health care Orginisations (Hospitals) are exempted from service tax vide Notification dated,01.07.2012. Hospitals are paying service tax on rents, housekeeping and security charges and Electricity Bills.
My query is what is the procedure for refund of service tax paid on above categories?

27 November 2015 No refund/cenvat credit can be obtained for service tax paid as hospital is exempted from service tax.
