11 February 2016 our co.'s registered address is of SEZ. Can we claim refund of SBC on inputs?

15 February 2016 SBC is not CENVATABLE i.e.no input credit can be claimed thereon. Hence it is also not possible to claim refund of SBC paid on input goods and services.
