For the AY 2012-13.,the assessee filled his ITR manually on 18.05.2012 showing the Income of Rs.4733660(Income from LTCG)and deposited Rs.1000000/- as self assessment tax resulting a refund of Rs.50510/-
He had approached the dept a no times for the refund . He has been told by Dept people you were to file the return electronicly,so the return could not be precessed.

It is not revision of return but only filing belated return. For AY 2012-13 return cannot be filed now. Any how download ITR2 for AY 2012-13 , fill and try to upload.
