Refund claim procedure

25 August 2014 Dear Sir,

Our new client could not file return for the assessment year 2011-12 but his tds deducted by deductor and they have original tds certificate.
So please guide me we can claim refund amount and what procedure will be apply.

Please visit to the respective ITO and ask for the same

he will issue 142(1) notice, and based on that you can file return and get refund...
