13 July 2010 Can anyone pls tell % of reduction in setoff of computer purchased and plant & Machinery, Is it 4% and date from which rates changed.Pls reply earliest.

15 July 2010 The rate is 3% under rule 53(7A) wef 01-04-2007 for computers. For plant & machinery full set off is admissible generally
