I have received demand FY 200910 in 143(1) received
this demand is depreciation not properly fild in itr hence depreciation disallowed
my question is
1 i have submit rectification?
2 or revise return?

u cannot file revise return as It has now become time barred
if you have evidence to correctness of your claim
then apply for rectification under section 154 or appeal to CIT (A)
