Respected Sir,
What could be done to rectify the error in MOA and AOA filed at the time of incorporation? Actually, at the time of filing form 1 for registration of company, by mistake the subscription sheet of the MOA and AOA got interchanged and the same was approved without it being noticed by ROC. What can be done to rectify the MOA and AOA.
Pl. advise!

Hi
I think, no need to rectify the mistake at ROC end, after getting certificate you make the print of MOA & AOA as per their actual serial no.
