Dear sir, I got terminated on 11th july 2014 after serving for a period of 9 months due to health problem. Doctor recommended me two months bed rest. Can i register after 1 month? Does my final attempt which is due on may 2016 will postpone?

Time gap is not considered as leave but as the gap in the articleship. At the time of re-registration you need to register for the remaining period of the articleship ie 27 months in your case.
actually even a month gap will shift your attempt as you are required to finish your articleship by 30 October 2016. even if you take a month gap, your articleship completion goes beyond 30 October 2016.

My final attempt is due on may 2016. Can i take back dated termination and register on 11th july itself? Then there will be no time gap na..what is the correct time for me to re register so that my attempt should not be postponed? Please help mee

you can take do back dated termination, thats not the problem...problem is back-dating of Form 102 which needs to be stamped/franked. the correct time to register is immediately after termination without any gap.
