Re: conveyance benefits and child education benefit

12 January 2010 For the AY 2010-2011, can i claim reimbursement for the following 2 heads;
1. conveyance (Rs 800/month=9600 pa?
2. Child education allowance Rs 100 per child? (12x100=1200)

I mean can i deduct this amount (9600+1200=10800) from my total income for the purpose of calculation of taxable income?
