Ours is a private limited company(Paid Up Capital - One Lac, not covered under section 139(2) ).
Our Existing auditor has been auditing our company for the last 2 years.
Now we want to know for how many years auditors will be appointed as per companies act, 2013.
Whether the term will be 5 years afresh or 3 years since it has already done audit for 2 years.

The appointment of auditors shall be made for a 5 year term subject to ratification at every AGM
