02 May 2016 We have yet to file AOC-4 , MGT-7 and MGT-14 for F.Y.2014-15 for AGM held on 29.09.2015.
Whar are the consequences for this delay.Are these to be filed on new or old mca site.
Is there any condonation involved .
Please guide in detail.
