09 December 2023 We receipt of Commission note without charged gst.
So, we liable to pay GST on the said Commission Note under RCM?

Please, advice.

15 January 2024 NO RCM here as per me. Commission agents are required to register under GST if the total amount of commission in a financial year exceeds Rs. 20 lakhs.
