17 August 2017 TRANSPORTER NOT COLLECT GST TAX, IF SERVICE RECEIVER IS GST REGISTERED. BUT THEY PAID RENT, TRUCK RENT ETC. HOW PAID RCM AND HOW TO INPUT CLAIMED?

18 August 2017 If you are wholly engaged in GTA service where tax is liable to be paid by the recipient, you need not get registered as per Not. 5/2017 -Central Tax. In that case reverse charge for rental services as stated shall not apply.
