One of the service provider is providing Power Backup connection to his client and for which he charged Fixed Amount Rs, 9 per Sq ft and on which he also charged Service Tax total bill Amount is Rs 62980/- So I want to knw whether TDS to be deducted on it??? the above service provider is also providing Maintenance Service to his client.. give suggestion as soon as possible...
