i am working with PSU placing one order to M/s Manishanandaji Health & research Institute for supply of providing doctor,nurse,pharmist & first aidder & driver ambulance.Owner of M/s Manishanndaji Health & research Institue registers as propriter in income tax.our PSU was deducted TDS @ 10% from bill.while party claim tds @1% is deductable.pl. guide for matter.
