31 October 2014 Dear Sir,

Pls provide the rule & service tax rate for services to out side the county [ Jammu & Kashmir] from India.

If its non-taxable services pls provide the rule.

note:
Our services is

1] Erection & commissioning charges
2]Transportation charges via road

31 October 2014 Notification No. 28/2012 - Service Tax.
Place of provision of service rules 2012.
As per the above notification you are providing service outside the taxable territory hence it is non taxable service.
