01 April 2015 Is the Service Tax applicable at 14% inclusive of Cess OR it is 14 + 2% + 1% i.e. 14.42% and is it with effect from 1st April 2015?OR CESS is removed?

stil then use 12.36 %

and new rate will b 14.28 % as per my expectation
