As a Chartered Accountant can we Quote our Professional fees in our Letter head to any body who want for the purpose of allotting audit assignments ?

this could be prof ethic question. i would suggest you not to rly on suggestion given here but to ask icai profnal body. or try to look for some cases on this.
I belive yes you can if it is on Pull basis and open/ mandatory for all the CAs.
